Industry standard Jewel and Eco-Cases simply don't hold up in a library setting. With this in mind, we put together a brief video focusing on one of our most popular processing services: case transfers. Big thanks to Toledo-Lucas County Public Library for allowing us to film at their main branch in downtown Toledo.

What do you think of our video? Do you have your own Jewel and/or Eco-Case experiences to share? Does your library use drop-box-safe cases? How do they stand up to patron use?
